Outreach & Resource Linkage

NHN works with families directly to connect them to resources available through the municipality, Commonwealth, and the federal government. Additionally, we offer highly individualized support and one-on-one advocacy for a myriad of social and family issues.

We love to partner with groups and join local efforts that support equity and unity. We are always looking for new ways to enrich our community, and love to collaborate and hear from our neighbors!
